Answer:
We are a big fan of “less is more.” OCD’s standard setup is Commet – mild abrasive and disinfectant for bathrooms, Fantastic – for greasy kitchens, Windex – for mirrors and glass surfaces, Bar Keepers Friend – for stainless steel, and a food-safe natural stone neutral cleaner for all water safe surfaces. Add microfiber cloths, vacuums, and a mop & bucket to the standard setup and we are good to go. |

Answer:
No, you do not need to be home. However, we will need to gain access to your home. Many customers supply us with spare keys, door codes, garage codes, lockbox codes, etc. so we are able to enter the home and complete the task at hand. Please note, if we have showed up for a scheduled clean, and we are unable to access the home, there will be a $50 charge. |
|
Answer:

Answer:
For safety/security reasons, there will be a minimum of two employees performing your clean. However, we do not like to spend excessive time inside your home. For this reason, depending on the size of the clean, there could be additional employees working your clean. |
|
Answer:
Yes. If you are scheduled for recurring cleans, every effort will be made so the same employees will consistently work these cleans. Requests off, sick days, vacation days, etc. by employees could prevent this from happening from time to time. However, barring extreme cases, at least one employee (probably 2+) will be scheduled to work every clean for familiarity reasons. It’s not just the customer who prefers this process, the employees like this “comfort level” as well. |

Answer:
Interior cleans are billed after service is complete at $45/hour/employee (plus NJ Sales Tax). The amount of time required to complete a clean varies greatly depending on type of clean, size of home, general cleanliness of home, etc. If you would like to know what it would cost for your specific home, please contact us and we will be happy to view the home and provide you with an estimate. |
|
Answer:
There is no charge for any clean that is canceled/postponed with more than 24-hours notice. There is a $50 charge for any clean canceled with less then 24-hours notice. Please note, to avoid this charge, you will receive an email 72 hours prior to a scheduled service (if you have provided us with an email address) reminding you of the upcoming appointment. |
|
Answer:
After service is complete, you will receive an invoice in your email. The invoice contains our mailing address if you prefer to pay with a check. If you would prefer to pay with a credit card, the body of the email contains a link where you can input all of the necessary CC information – we do not directly handle customer credit cards. At this time, we do not offer Venmo/Zelle/PayPal/etc. as a form of payment. |
